Manages an exchange member’s or a central securities depository participant (CSDP) obligations in relation to the settlement of transactions in securities effected by the exchange member and its clients or the clients of a CSDP.Tasks

Offering investment advice to clients based on their needs.
Advising on or negotiating terms for loans and placement of stocks and bonds in the financial market to raise capital for customers.
